A map gives directions for a trip.
Even with a map, you can get lost.
With map reading errors, you may slip
And you never know what this will cost.

How old your map is you need to know;
An older map may not be the best
Because recent changes may not show;
Prove to be a challenge, or a test.

Can you read a map? Important, too!
North is always at the very top.
If you cannot, then find someone who
Knows when it is time for you to stop.

Getting lost together can be fun,
Only if it's with that special one.
