"Who's there?" asked
the blind man who could not see
As he walked down the sidewalk, cautiously.
As he walked down the sidewalk, cautiously.
"Who's there?" asked the deaf man who could not hear
A world with no sound, he never did fear.
"Who's
there?" asked the dumb man who could not speak
His life was tragic, but to him, not bleak.
His life was tragic, but to him, not bleak.
Who's there?" asked the child waiting in the car
"I know my mother has not gone too far."
"Who's
there?" asked the old man there in the park
"I love the moon when it gets really dark."
"I love the moon when it gets really dark."
"Who's there?" asked the woman left all alone
Wondering if someone answered her phone.
No
voice answered, yet somehow each one knew,
In their own worlds, what they should say or do.
In their own worlds, what they should say or do.
From deep within, there is ever a voice,
That speaks aloud, calling each to rejoice.
There is an inner voice that speaks to everyone regardless of circumstances. Instinctively,
they listen.
